Story/History: []

Hellas is a thriving and bustling Grecian city that lies west of New Thalos. Boasting of a new democratic society, Hellas prides itself on being a free country, and includes in its populace peasants, free citizens, and those of noble birth, as well as well-known learned philosophers. This modern seaport specializes in agriculture and fishing and has a huge export and import industry, as well as an impressive aqueduct system. It is even rumored that the gods themselves live in this teeming city!

Be careful of the Whirlwind death trap up from the Acropolis walkway: you can go up, but you cannot descend.

Hera and Zeus reside in an !magic room. Hera is aggro. Zeus entropies, resists physical damage and qheals.

From the Entrance Hall, open the NW door to Apollo's Chamber and proceed N to Ares' Court of War to obtain the godly key. Use a basic cleric/warrior setup to take him down or a petrifying bard, as he's resist magic, resist combat_proc.

Returning to the entrance hall, open the NE door to Artemis' Lodge to get to Aphrodite's Boudoir. Artemis and Aphrodite are hidden mobs.

Unlock the secret door NW with the godly key to access Zeus and Hera's Sanctum. Hera can be dispatched fairly easily, but Zeus will require a grapple chain, striking sohei or bstabbing T30 to counter his defender procs.

During quests, you'll need to navigate the aqueducts. The aqueduct sub-area is a small circle running counter-clockwise. There is a cistern up in the far counter-clockwise corner from the entrance.

A wooden gateway stands here, blocking the flow of water.
A lever is attached to the gate here.

If you are standing in a room without a path counter-clockwise, enter the command:

>climb gateway

You climb the gateway.

You manage to get a handhold on the gateway, and haul
yourself over it to the other side.

This will allow you to advance against the flow of water and proceed counter-clockwise around the mini-zone toward the cistern in the northwest section. To return to the beginning of the aqueduct maze, pull any lever.
